Founded in 1992, Larix has its roots in Sovata, at the foot of the Gurghiu Mountains, a picturesque region in the heart of Transylvania, where abundant nature and local traditions come together in harmony. For over three decades, we’ve been creating products from medicinal herbs, inspired by the richness of the local flora and guided by a deep respect for balance.
Why Sovata?
80% of the plants we use come from the wild flora around Sovata, an area renowned for its purity and natural richness. Everything is carefully controlled: from the selection of ingredients to the certified production process, carried out with precision and under constant supervision.

Gathering from the heart of nature, near Sovata
Most of our plants are wild-grown - meaning they grow freely, without pesticides or chemical interventions. The rest we cultivate carefully, with respect for the earth and the rhythms of nature.
Plants are carefully prepared
Each plant goes through a careful process of sorting, drying and grinding to preserve its flavor, color and natural properties.
Teas and cosmetics are packaged and ready for delivery
After sorting, the herbs are divided into those for tea and those used in cosmetics. They are then carefully packed in our own facility and ready for delivery.
