Description

Composition: Camellia sinensis (green tea).

Indications: green tea reduces the risk of atherosclerosis and helps the cardiovascular system to function properly through its antioxidant and cholesterol and triglyceride-lowering effects. Thanks to its antioxidant effect, green tea infusion used as a face lotion delays the signs of ageing (particularly wrinkles) and improves the appearance and quality of the skin. Because it contains caffeine, theophylline and theobromine, green tea is an intellectual and physical stimulant, much milder than coffee. As it is a stimulant and diuretic, it can be used in slimming cures.

Contraindications: hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients.

Method of administration: Place one sachet in a cup over hot water. Leave covered for 5-10 minutes. Use sweetened to taste.
