Description

Composition: Urticae herba (nettle grass).

Indications: recommended in anemia, hemorrhage, diabetes, allergies, stimulates urinary secretion and promotes the elimination of toxins from the body, lowers blood pressure. Externally it is used for hair care.

Contraindications: hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients.

Method of administration: to one sachet add one 250 ml cup of hot water. Leave covered for 15-20 minutes, then filter.

Internal use: Drink 3 teas a day, unsweetened, 1 hour before main meals.

External use: for hair care, wash with a concentrated infusion (6 teaspoons per 250 ml water).
